The Sanibel Health Club houses the largest weight room on Sanibel. We have a large selection of free weights and Cybex machines to fit your every need.
We offer a 2,500 sqft cardio theater which contains treadmills, bikes, ellipticals, stairmasters, a large stretching area with bands and stability balls.
We offer a large 1,800 sqft aerobics studio perfect for all classes or individual training.
